PAUL FURNESS - HEAD COACH
I’m the head coach of Team Swim School. I’m a leader and forward thinker on swimming lessons and children’s ability to adapt in the water, to improve their progress.
I have been teaching for over 10 years since passing out at the respected Crystal Palace National Sports Centre in London. Since then I have taught all across London schools both public and private, as well as a superbly well run private schools in the Chelsea area.
Later I moved to Surrey and headed the Surrey Sports Initiative for Swimming. Which was to teach across summer as many schools as possible, with a view to reaching a 25metre swim distance by all pupils.
